When you have a few minutes (surely you must if your reading this), take a look at the amazing work of Hiroshima born artist, Shintaro Ohata. In an online exhibition called “Polaris” on Yukari Art.
“His paintings show us ordinary sceneries as dramas. He is also known for his characteristic style; placing sculptures in front of paintings, and shows them as one work, a combination of 2-D and 3-D world.”
The work is amazing and the use of light and imagination leaves you spellbound looking at each image for least a few minutes or more. “Sayonara Sankura” is an awesome piece which looks as though it will come alive at any moment!
